"I joined the Christian business group called C12 about a year ago. We meet once a month for a full day. The purpose is to grow as Christian businessmen by encouraging and challenging each other to improve ourselves and our businesses using biblical principles. Each of the men (about a dozen) in our group are CEOs of their respective companies. We study MBA level business material aligning it with scripture. We also openly discuss our business successes and failures to compare notes on how we can improve. I have benefited greatly from the materials, accountability and fellowship. Our Firm revenues and profitablity have improved by hundreds of thousands simply from applying what I have learned while attending C12 meetings. Metal sharpens metal and it has made me feel as sharp as ever in business and personally.

Our C12 Group Chair, Ed Segalla, is a man of integrity that I would highly recommend to any Christian business that is considering joining us. There is a fine line in our society today in making our Christian beliefs known to employees, vendors, and customers. Our C12 Group shares ideas on how to effectively use our businesses as a part of our ministry for the benefit of God's Kingdom. The guys in our group are not radicals, they are just Christian businesspeople.

I’ve been a C12 member since March of 2009. The C12 concept as I understand it now was very foreign to me upon introduction and even during those first few meetings.  Kingdom principles had their application and impact in family, relationships and of course church, but certainly had no place in business, I thought. C12 taught me different. I have discovered that the market place, In particular my business, is a where God has put me to be impactful to employees, vendors and customers.  In addition, to this, I consider C12 to be part of my continuing education sharpening my business acumen with tried and true methods from professionals experienced in a variety of businesses both in the monthly lessons and the peer group that I meet with every month.

My husband is a member of C12, and my family is blessed because of it. 

At C12, he is challenged to grow spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and in business practice.  These men encourage each other to lead their personal lives and business lives with Biblical principles as their guidance and high standard.  My husband is growing in all these areas in part as a result of his involvement with this group of Godly business men. I find comfort in knowing he is with other men on a regular basis that are also striving to be men of integrity, honesty, love, and wisdom.

Thank you Lord for presenting the opportunity for my husband to be apart of the C12 group.  Through C12 and the wonderful men that are involved, myhusband continuously learns to be an amazing servant of the Lord professionally and personally.  By taking the leap wholeheartedly to use his business and personally life for the Kingdom of God, he has inspired others to do so.  For example, his staff (at there own choosing) are holding weekly Bible studies, and I, myself have become involved with the children's ministry at our church.  Our family is forever grateful...Godbless the men of C12!
